Designed, created and executed a global blended learning platform, delivering exponential growth.
The Challenge: CEDR's digital training proposition was outdated and failing to engage new clients. They needed 'from the ground up' new solution.
The Solution: Working closely with the CEDR board I led the strategic development and operational execution of a new, leading edge digital learning solution for their clients and internal colleagues
Starting with data analysis, strategic planning and values based business case development, I agreed a road map with stage gate measurement and ROI targets.
Next, I translating internal and external market specific trends into practical learning strategy, asset requirements and price policy.
Then the heavy lifting began. Using leading content creation tools and LMS platforms to ensure the best possible UX. Adobe Captive, Howspace, Articulate, Talentlms, Hindsite, Realware and many others.
The solution development included managing a multi functional team of instructional and graphic designers, video production experts, support staff and external contractors ensuring timely project completion and full collaboration
Using a Rapid ADDIE development process I led the full set up, design and back end system integration
At every stage I worked closely with the CEDR board to consolidate budget formulation, financials and reporting.
