Within Intertek's global consulting and training division I specialized in the provision of leading edge management, leadership, technical and behavioural training for a wide range of industry sectors. 

 

I worked across the UK, Russia, Central Asia Eastern Europe and the MENA regions to jointly develop local opportunities and maximize training solution impact in both e-learning and blended learning applications.

 

I managed many successful training projects developing and aligning human resource functions, capabilities and initiatives across different cultures, geographies and operating environments. Traveling extensively to many global markets I gained considerable international experience and success. I used many content creation tools and was at the forefront of 3D simulator design and use within the Oil and Gas sector.
