My role included:

  • Client engagement and relationship management.

  • Recruitment, training and coaching of the commercial team.

  • Stakeholder management, board reporting and revenue projection.

  • Team leadership, project/bid director for many successful commercial tenders.

£44m total contract win value in 18 months.
